Built Egypt's first B2B digital invoice financing product, progressing it from concept to a licensed MVP ready for operation. Managed compliance, technical audits, and stakeholder coordination to ensure successful product releases. Conducted extensive user research with 15 companies, driving usability tests and onboarding. Developed a market-leading product roadmap aligned with industry trends and customer feedback.

AI Product Lead – IMS Software Solutions (Nov 2022 – April 2024)

Led a team to develop two AI products using computer vision, deep learning, and user-centric mobile UX design. Delivered one product to full implementation while successfully completing POC and prototyping for the other. Utilized AWS SageMaker, Python, Flask, and TensorFlow to build scalable machine learning models and APIs. Maintained a unified knowledge base for all company products and streamlined product roadmaps.

Delivered a holistic employee portal for leading cosmotics company in Canada, integrating ticketing systems, project management tools, and SAP B1 in under nine months. Managed the project lifecycle from contract negotiation and system analysis to implementation. Streamlined product development, reducing bottlenecks and achieving a 25% reduction in time-to-market.

Data Product Engineer – Pharos Holding for Financial Investments (Aug 2023 – April 2024)

Led data-driven projects, including revamping the company’s lending B2C product and developing a centralized Power BI dashboard to unify analytics from various sources. Built a loan-default prediction model with 94% accuracy and established efficient ETL pipelines. Managed data requirements and conducted UX analysis for the upcoming B2B AI product.

EMEA Product Owner – Informa Markets (Sept 2022 – Aug 2023)

Orchestrated multiple product roadmaps for the EMEA region, focusing on customer centers and CRM tools. Collaborated with internal developers and software vendors to deliver prioritized features. Managed backlogs, release planning, and UAT execution, while ensuring alignment with business specifications and stakeholder expectations.

Mapped value streams and capability models to align business and technical requirements. Delivered BRDs and SRSs, tracked the software lifecycle, and executed UAT to ensure alignment with business needs.
